Seeking Advice: My Wife Wants to Open a Cat Café with Her Inheritance
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’m in a bit of a dilemma and could really use some advice. My wife, Victoria, recently received a substantial inheritance from a relative. While I think it would be wise to invest the money for our future, Victoria has a different idea. She wants to open a cat café, believing that it would bring joy to people and be a fulfilling venture.
I understand her passion for animals and her desire to create a happy space for others, but I’m worried about the financial risks involved. Starting a business, especially one as niche as a cat café, can be incredibly challenging and unpredictable.
Has anyone here been in a similar situation or has experience with running a small business, particularly a café or something similar? What are the potential pitfalls we should be aware of? How can we balance her dream with financial prudence? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Jacob
