Help! My Partner Didn’t Prepare for Our Baby’s Arrival

Hey everyone,

I really need some advice. So, I just got home from the hospital with our newborn, and I was expecting everything to be ready for the baby. But guess what? There was no stroller, no changing table, and my partner didn’t even buy any baby stuff! The house was a complete mess. I’m freaking out and don’t know what to do.

Christian, my partner, had one job: to get everything ready while I was in the hospital. I mean, we talked about this so many times! I thought he understood how important it was to have everything set up. But nope, nada. Now I’m here with a newborn and nothing is prepared.

Philip, Kyle, Lillian, Gianna, Ella – anyone – have you ever been in a similar situation? How did you handle it? Should I confront Christian about this right away or try to fix things myself first? I’m so overwhelmed and exhausted from the delivery, and now I have to deal with this chaos.

Any tips on how to get organized quickly would be super helpful too. Like, what are the absolute essentials I need to get ASAP? And how do I talk to Christian about this without losing my cool?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give. I’m really at my wit’s end here.
