I want to share how I lost everything when my own family turned their back on me, and how I fought my way out of homelessness here in the USA. Every night I spent on the streets, I promised myself I would help others if I ever got the chance. Now, as the leader of a grassroots initiative, I know redemption is real, and our stories can be the start of something bigger.
